Happy 3 Months!!

So today is the BIG day...Trayden is officially 3 months young! I can't believe how time flies. It seems like only yesterday that we brought him home from the hospital. Now he is a drooling, giggling, chubby little big baby! He is a smilin' machine and is such a curious little guy. He loves to suck on his hands and just discovered how much fun his feet are. We sure love him! Here he is playing with his favorite new toy...his feet!

To celebrate Trayden's 3 months I decided to be a "crafty" Mom and attempt to sew him a blanket. I decided to go with the Rock n Roll theme. What do you think? Good thing I had Michelle to help me or it would have been disastrous. Thanks Michelle!
Here he is, chub and all! He is so-o cute and chubby! He weighs around 13 1/2 pounds and is about 24 inches long!

Flashback Friday!!

So first of all, Ellen I hope you don't mind that I am copying your idea. It is such a good one!! So with that being said it is time for FLASHBACK FRIDAY! How exciting!! I was rummaging through some photos and I couldn't resist busting out some old school ones... kinda cheesy, enjoy! These were all taken by my darling mother...what a trooper. These are just oozing cheese :) These were taken shortly after the BIG proposal. Can you tell I am still on cloud nine?

James hated this particular pose that my Mom came up with. He thought it was borderline way too cheesy! I kinda agree :) Of course at that point he was still only the Fiance and so he couldn't really voice his opinion to his future mother-in-law. Ha Ha good times!

My little Bug-a-boo!!

Here is my little Bug-a-boo. I don't know where I came up with that, it's funny all the little names I have for him. Bubby, Bug, Huners, Trada-bug, little dude. We had some fun one morning taking photos and then Michelle told me about picnik.com. So here are some of my creations. It is awesome!! I have been spending too much time playing around with it. He is starting to giggle and it is the funniest thing! I swear my face hurts from smiling...I hope I didn't pull a muscle ;) It's amazing how the simplest things can mean so much and make your day!!
This one was classic. I can't get enough of that smile!!! This face was so funny, it looks like he just got caught with his hand in the cookie jar or something. He is 12 weeks tomorrow and so much fun!! I spend all day making a fool of myself, singing and dancing around...it is hilarious!! I am addicted to his smile and I want MORE giggles!! Babies are so fun, you sure have to mature a lot just b/c you have to be so responsible and what not but boy I feel like a kid again when I am with him playing around. I am such a goofball :)

Happy Birthday to my favorite nephew!!

I have to give a shout out to my adorable little nephew- Brykin!! He turned one year young yesterday and I am so bummed I couldn't be there to see him devour his cake. Heath, give him a big kiss from Traydon and I. Happy Birthday Brykin!!

Before and after... Mommy style

I thought this was priceless. How lucky was I to be prego with a bunch of awesome friends!! That doesn't happen very often right? Well, maybe if you live in Ohio. There seems to be something in the water. It was so much fun and the good news is we all survived pregnancy and have adorable little boys to show for it! Our pregnant belly's! Mine is the big blue one.

Here we are with our bundles of joy! We love boys!! So far they have not gotten into too much trouble together but come a year from now I am sure we will have to keep a close watch on these little rascals. Russel, Trayden, Carson, and Kayson. So fun!!

Friends are the best!!

We have loved it out here in Ohio, it is Baby Central. All of our friends have babies so it has been a blast getting together with the little ones. The Dads: Glen and Logan, JR and Elliot and of course my hottie of a husband James and Trayden.
The Moms: Ellen and Amelia, Me and Tray, Michelle and Carson, Brita and Melvin, and Marie and Jack. We have been getting together every week for playgroup. It's so great to have friends that are all experiencing motherhood right along side of you.

Trayden has had so much fun getting to know all his new little friends! Turns out Tray is quite the social butterfly here he is hanging with his buddies...

Tray and Russell were busy practicing their secret handshake that they made up. It was quite an impressive display complete with high fives, nugs and synchronized cooing. Unfortunately I wasn't quick enough with the camera and missed it. Better luck next time.
When Trayden heard that Amelia got the cool orange Chico car seat he insisted that we get it too. He was so excited to be twiners with her...I think he has a secret crush if you ask me :)
Trayden was thrilled when he heard the news that Lincoln was coming to visit from Cleveland. They had so much fun taking turns showing each other how to cry and get attention ;) I think they are going to be Double Trouble when they get older. Look out ladies!
Trayden and Kayson were cracking us up. They were really hamming it up for the camera. Poor little Kayson let Tray lean on him and he just kept inching toward the couch. What a good friend. It's so important to have a friend you know you can lean on!!
Here Tray and Carson were working on their "tough guy" looks. They look pretty tough in my opinion but don't let it fool you...they were both balling like babies a few minutes later.

So I had to post about this...check out these before and after photos. So cute!! He is getting so big and chubby! He weighs 12.3 lbs now and it seems like everyday I find a new roll of chub to kiss! He is so much fun and such a good, happy baby! I can't believe how fast they grow up.
